"Syllabus" errors and their solution...

  • It would be a wrong approach to make a program from the Curriculum page without assigning a teacher on the Course Assignment page. If you copy the program afterwards. There will be many attendances, notifications, etc. without teachers.
  • If the relevant day and hour in the Curriculum are full... If the program is completed by copying and selecting Write on the incoming alert, more than one course will appear in the reports, although the Syllabus will look visually correct. This triggers options such as multiple polling or absence alerts.

It is correct to check that it is empty before the program is made or copied. Nevertheless, in the cases that have been made, the programs will be overlapped.

To fix it,

From the Curriculum page, by selecting "edit" from the menu that opens from the relevant course three points. The course time is reduced and the sub-course schedule is accessed and deleted from the drop-down menu by pressing the three dots. The clock is completed by rearranging. It will be done for all days.

In the Course Assignment, the Teacher was left blank and the syllabus was made...

Or the Teacher deleted after the Syllabus. Prgram has not been deleted.

The program is superimposed, but it seems to be normal.

With Edit, it is recorded by decreasing the number of hours of the course that is at the top of the program.

Thus, the lower syllabus will be revealed.

The ellipsis is selected to delete the course that appears at the bottom.

Do not delete the reduced number of hours of the lesson!

Over!

Mistake!

In copying, the system warns if the syllabus is full. If you write on it, you have a double course schedule.

After the error:

You can see the action taken in the Syllabus Reports.
