Authorization on the "What Did I Do Today" page

Added the setting "Can teachers do retrospective assessment?" With this setting, historical report writing - deletion can be restricted.

Instructions​

  1. Academic > What I Did Today > Settings
  2. "Can teachers do retrospective evaluation?" yes/no is chosen.

"Send teacher evaluation for approval?" goes to administrator approval before publication.
