Why and how to recruit students from the previous year to the enrollment interview​

  • Why is it desirable to admit students from the previous year to the new semester registration interview?
    • To conduct the new year registration interviews, you can transfer them to the new year registration interviews page to start the interviews among the students registered in the previous semester.
  • Why is it taken to the "recording interview" step?
    • Due to the fact that every academic year there are re-interviews and registration renewal process is carried out according to the results of these interviews, students can be transferred to pre-registration or final registration by starting the process from the registration interview step every year.

The student registered in the previous year cannot be transferred directly to the pre-registration, he is transferred to the registration interview and the processes begin. The explanation of this process is made below.

  1. On the "Enrollment Interview" page, click on the "Get From Previous Year" option
  2. Select the semester, student and interviewee to save.
  3. Click on the name of the student.
  4. Open the registration interview details page.
  5. Save by entering a comment/note and selecting the positive option (save only with positive selected)
  6. Click on the student name and click add pre-registration.
    1. Student transferred to Pre-registration.
  7. For Academies (Add pre-registration 'you can also complete these steps when the introduction and trial lessons screen will come up.')
