Procedures for adding a Registration Agreement.

To add a Registration Agreement using the Custom and ED, MEB ext. template in SmartClass, open the Enrollment Agreements page under the Registration Menu.

On the Registration Agreements page, click the Add button to open the agreement adding page.

On the page that opens, the Title section is filled in and the contract template is selected and the ED, MEB ext. Template is used without modification because it is a fixed template.

To add a custom contract other than the ED, MEB ext. Template, the Template section should be left blank.

After the agreement is added, the fields that should appear in the agreement are selected from the Agreement Settings page on the transactions button.

Then, if there are any items to be added to the contract, the items to be added are selected and added from the Contract articles page on the transactions button.

After the information requested to appear on the contract clauses page is selected and added, the agreement is ready for use.

The No Template option can add items to the job as text in the contract.

The point to be considered here is that each item to be added should be added separately.

The added items will be listed at the top of the page in order, and these items will be automatically numbered in the order in which they were added or in the order in which you made them when the agreement was printed.
