Personnel Identification
Staff and User proceed through different pages. Each staff member must have a user account.
Authorizations are granted based on user accounts. A user can have both a teacher and a department role. They must have separate users.
ERP> Personnel
After completing the personal information by selecting Add from the Staff page, on the same home page, the ellipsis in the corresponding line "...A user account is created by selecting Activate User from ".
ERP> Users
You can check that the user has occurred, specify various actions and user authorizations.
The Staff page lists all staff. You can divide the staff into classes such as administrator, teacher, guide, club teacher, doctor.
You can activate the personnel you select from the Actions button or add photos to the personnel.
When the employee is activated, the user receives a password creation email.
Using the upper-left menu, you can add, edit, delete, and print a staff list.
Staff Transfer
The Transfer Staff button in the upper left menu allows you to add teachers who attend classes in more than one school to the school staff list by requesting them from the relevant school/branch.
In order for the personnel transfer to take place, the "Transfer Staff" approval chain must be specified in the Workflows of the school you are requesting.
After requesting the staff, the user in the approval chain or someone connected to the user group approves the request in the inbox, and the relevant staff member appears in the staff list of the requesting school.
