User Type Permissions

https://demo.schoost.com/smartclass/userTypePermissions

User accounts can perform transactions within the system with the authorizations given to User Types. The user in the security guards can be exemplified as you can authorize the user to take records if you want.

If you want, you can copy the shared privileges you've edited to other types of users. You won't give the same powers over and over again, but your previous powers will be affected.

Check your user type on the "Users page"...

For example, type "Training Coordinator", "Security".

You can perform your own authorization processes or edit different types of users.

The required powers are determined by the authority of the institution.

For example (IT Manager / School, Branch Manager)

You can also perform actions between "User Types" by copying authorizations.

For example

The "Training Coordinator" copies all the authorizations of the "IT Support Person". He can then select the relevant type and limit it if he wants.
