Fees

Within the fees page, fee definitions such as the course/level based tuition fee of the relevant year, the student who renews the registration, the meal fee, the dress fee, the book fee, the support units fee are defined.

The fees defined on the fees page come automatically according to the course/level of the student at the time of enrollment.

Setting Course/Level Fees​

  1. Open the Fees page.
  2. Click on the compensation field in the course/level cell where you will define a fee.
  3. Enter the fare in the cell that opens.

Enter the total fee in the fee boxes within the course/level. (incl. VAT)

Example: If the meal fee is 4000 USD including VAT, enter the cell as 4000 USD.

Add Course Fee​

You can enter date-based course fees from the Add course fee option in the Course/Level cell.

  1. Click on the Add course fee option
  2. Enter the name of the fee
  3. Enter the amount of the fee
  4. Select the start and end dates

The fees you enter on the Add course fees page are automatically applied between the respective enrollment dates.

During its implementation, the student's registration date is taken into account.

Example: Your tuition fee is 50000 USD. When you set it as 45000 USD for the student who comes to register in November, the course fee you have entered as 5000 USD for all students who register in November is automatically applied as a discount.

Current Student Growth​

  1. Click on the Current Student Increase button.
  2. Select a course .
  3. Enter the rate of increase .
  4. Determine whether the rate you have determined will be applied on the basis of "Reduced Fee" or "Tuition Fee".

If the Reduced Fee is selected, the increase rate you have determined determines the new year's tuition fee by adding to the remaining amount of the tuition fee in the year in which the student is enrolled.

Example: Let's assume that in 20-21, the student is enrolled in 20000 USD after the application of a discount while the student tuition fee is 30000 liras. If the year 21-22 is enrolled by saying take from the previous year and the increase rate here is 10%, the student's tuition fee in 21-22 will be 22000 USD.

If the Tuition Fee is selected, the increase rate you have determined will be added to the tuition fee in the year of registration and will be the tuition fee of the new year.

Example: In 20-21, the student tuition fee is 30000 USD, and if the student is enrolled in 21-22 by saying that the previous semester is taken from the previous semester and the increase rate is 10%, the student's tuition fee in 21-22 will be 33000 USD.

If you determine the current student increase, the process of taking students from previous years will be automatically.
