Registration Interview
In the registration interview module, you can take notes of all conversations with the parent and add follow-up tags such as positive, negative, to be followed up, to be called again, etc., depending on the parent's tendency to enroll in the school. You can keep records of all prospective parents who come to the school through the form on the website and in person.
Pre-registration
It is a module that allows candidate parents who get positive results from the registration interview to be pre-registered and followed up. You can also add positive, negative and to-be-followed tags to the parent trend.
Record
You can transfer directly to final registration from the registration meeting or pre-registration page. Or you can register as a student directly from the "Registration" page. On the registration page, you can renew your registration in the following years with the option to import students from previous years.
Payment Plan and Collection
During final registration, you can create an installment plan and make collections. You can make collections again in the future.
Creating a Contract
After the final registration steps are completed, you can print the MEB contract or send an e-mail to the parent.
Course and Classroom Management
You can create course/grade levels and classes available at your institution. Ex: 5th Grade, 5-A
Course Assignment
Course assignment is the module in which the course to be taught in the class and the teacher to attend the course are added. Compulsory and Elective courses can be added. In compulsory courses, course assignment is made to the entire class and class students are automatically assigned to the course. Different students from many classes can meet in common elective courses.
Syllabus
The courses created in the Course Assignments module are added to the relevant hours by selecting the class in the "Course Schedule" module and the program is created. During this process, the course schedule of Teachers and Students is created and they can see the course schedules on their own pages. roll call In the attendance module, the Teacher and the School Administration can take attendance. It can mark the student according to the reason for his/her absence.
Homework
Teachers can give homework. You can add assignments according to evaluation type (did - didn't, 0-100, etc.). Students can attach online documents to assignments and ask questions within the assignment.
Behavior Evaluation / Interim Report Card
In the behavior evaluation module, you can add student behaviors/achievements in different categories and open them for evaluation by teachers and ask them to comment.
Academy Student Report Cards
You can create and publish report cards according to behavior evaluation categories on the academic student report cards page. Parents and students can see the report cards on their own pages.
Academic Report Card Types
You can create your own report card template. You can choose which fields are or are not included in the report card and design the report card.
My Documents / File Sharing
You can share the folder you create or the documents you add (pdf, excel, etc.) in the My Documents module with other users. You can share with teachers, parents and students.
What did I do today
By creating questions that need to be answered daily in the What did I do today module, teachers can answer and comment on those questions about students. Ex: Did he eat today? You can create and answer questions such as Ate Less, Didn't Eat, etc. The parent can view them on his own page and answer the questions if he has questions to answer.
Email Management
E-mail can be sent to all users in the system. E-mails can be sent quickly to ready recipient audiences.
User and Personnel Management
You can add all personnel who will work at the school and open users to all registered people. Parents, students, teachers, registrar etc.
User Authorization Types
You can authorize pages and transactions based on user type.
Fees
You can enter class level-based registration fee, meal fee, clothing fee, support unit fee. During registration, the fees here will be automatically calculated according to the student's grade level.
Fee Settings
You can make settings such as the number of installments based on class level, maximum discount amount, maximum installment date, and the system will guide you according to these settings.
Discount Definition
You can define all the discount items you use in your institution. You can define discounts as rate, quantity and Free Discount.
In-App and Mobile Notifications
Emails and assigned assignments sent to the inbox and notification box from within the system are sent as notifications. These notifications also appear on the mobile application. Mobile App usage (Android, Ios)
Absence Report
This is the page where the attendances taken on the attendance page are reported. You can create the report you want by using filters such as date, reason for absence, class, student, course, lesson time. After you receive the report, you can send a notification to the parents of the students in the report.
Registration Report
It is an accounting report. You can get reports using filters such as registration type, class level, date, etc. The data displayed in the report are the fees and fee types for which the student is registered, and the paid and remaining amounts.
Collection Report
This is the report where all collections made are displayed.
Installment Report
You can view all created installments. You can get the report you want according to the filters. You can see overdue payments.
Email Report
You can view all reports sent from within the system.
Homework Report
You can see all evaluated assignments. You can create class and student based reports
Curriculum Report
You can create reports using filters. You can see all the lessons done and to be done.
