Parent access error!


Problem

The parent cannot see/access the student's information, files, etc.

It does not appear in guardian users.

Reason?

  • The user has not been created.
  • The e-mail has been given to another user,
  • TC has been subsequently modified or entered incorrectly,
  • The TC was subsequently edited, but the user account was not deleted and recreated... There may be faulty applications such as (here the guardian information has changed, but the parent user account has not been deleted and a new one has not been created)

Initial checks

You should go through the Users page and check if there is a parent account and if the information is correct.

Perform separate searches by TC/ID, e-mail. (the email may be in another account, etc.)

Appears on the Users page (there is incorrect information, the parent cannot access the correct information)

From the Students page, go to the student' s parent operations section and check your identification.

If not, add it and save it. The Create your user button will be active and will be automatic.

Parents can also be created from password operations. If there is, you can activate it.

Solution

The parent's basic information / login information was later updated/changed. (TC/ID)

On the Users page, the individual searches are based on: TC/ID, e-mail,

  1. The account is deleted from the Users page
  2. It is activated from the parent page.

The relationship between the student and the parent matches the singular information such as TC.

User ID = TC number. (SSN exc.)

Adding "space", "0" is affected by digit changes.
