Academic Calendar

You can define all the activities that will take place during the Academic Cear.

Public holidays and school can set their own holidays.

Add an Academic Calendar​

  • Open the Settings - Calendars page .
  • Click the Add button .
  • Fill in the relevant lines.
  • Please set the Academic Calendar question to "Yes".
  • With the Our Own Calendar option selected, click the "Save" button to complete the adding process.

Add an event to the Academic Calendar​

  • Click the "Show" button in the added Academic Calendar box.
  • In the upper right corner, click on "Actions" and "Add Event".
    • Title
    • Start date and time
    • End date and time
    • If the event is all day, select "All Day" as "Yes".
    • If the school is closed on the added activity days and times, please set the question "Holiday" to "Yes".
    • Location - The url and description can be entered optionally.
  • Complete the addition process with the Save option.

If the school is closed within the specified hours in the added activity, enter the start and end times and mark the question "Is it a holiday" as "Yes".

For the activities (day/days) determined as Yes, the course schedule insertion and copy operation is not performed and those days are skipped.
