Class Merge, Elective Course

Combining two different classes or bringing together students from different classes in one course can be progressed with the elective course option in the Course Assignment.

Class Merge

caution

If the course was processed in the merged classes, it should not be deleted.

Courses that have not been taken from the syllabus can be deleted. It will also no longer appear in the polling list.

The "delete" step affects operations such as different courses, multiple courses sold to a student, student history, and teacher course payments.

Summary

A new lesson is scheduled from the class merge page. Saved.

  • The learner is selected.
  • The teacher is appointed. (Do not make a syllabus without being assigned)
  • From the syllabus, the courses are defined.

The "undone (Open)" courses of the merged classes are deleted from the syllabus.

If the teacher is the same and the system says that the teacher has lessons, you can delete the lessons that have not been done first.

The latest status is checked from the Syllabus report.
