PTM (Parent Teacher Meeting) is a module that has been developed to provide a convenient way for parents to reserve the definition and interview hours for teachers through the system. This module allows parents to view the available time slots for a particular teacher and book a time slot that is most suitable for them.

With this module, parents can easily schedule meetings with teachers and have a better understanding of their child's progress in school.

This helps to foster better communication and collaboration between parents and teachers, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the student.

PTM Appointments - Settings

On the Settings page

  1. First appointment start time. What time does the earliest appointment start?
  2. Last appointment end time. What time does the last appointment end?
  3. Defining hours for the teacher to have the weekend in the calendar?
  4. How many minutes will an interview last
  5. How many interviews can be taken per week for a student.
  6. The maximum number of interviews a teacher can have in 1 week
  7. The teacher's appointment was made by one parent and other parents said "this space has been reserved." Yes Shown No No Shown
  8. The appointment to be made can be taken how many hours before the appointment time.
  9. The parent can see how many days in the appointment calendar they have. The parent sees each day as many days as the number specified here.
  10. Is there multiple opt-in?
