Guidance Survey Forms

Academic > Guidance Survey Forms

You can view and answer the forms assigned to you.

Open Guidance Survey Forms menu in the Academic menu.

The forms assigned to you will appear.

Click on the Form title to view form information.

If it is an active form, a Start Button will appear.

To answer the form, click on the Start button, answer the questions and save.
