Parent Password Operations


ERP > Parent Password Operations

You can collectively create users and set passwords for parents.

  1. Open Parent Password Operations menu in the ERP menu.
  2. Select batches.
  3. Click on “Create Parent Passwords”.
  4. Click on “Show Parent Passwords”.
  5. All parents whose users have been created are displayed here. By choosing, you can send site access information via SMS or Email.

After the class selection is made, the parents connected to the students in the classes will be automatically selected. (Click on the parent whose user you do not want to create (remove the blue color!)
